Yes, you will receive the product in our photos. All photography on Glass Blunt Shop is done in-house and we take authentic product photos only. The images on glassbluntshop.co are copyright protected, but may be used on the condition that the user credits the source of the picture © glassbluntshop.co
We send you an email confirmation immediately after you place an order. It will contain your order receipt and other information you can use to follow-up on your order.
Yes, we most definitely will! If something you love shows “Out Of Stock”, please check back within 3 days. We usually restock on the website as soon as we get fresh stock. If you are in a hurry, get in touch! We can do something like magic to get you a special order.
We need 2-3 days to proceed with your order. We also do not send the orders on weekends and holidays. So please allow between 7-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 21 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. If the 21 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
